My story in Ti Sana starts in 2011. I looked for many years for a place like Ti Sana: a noble residence, restored to its original splendor in the ancient hamlet of Arlate, in the heart of the park Adda. Ti Sana is a blissful location for practicing yoga.
I started practicing yoga when I was 21. I felt in love with the silence of the practice, the sound of my breath and the power of my body.
Yoga has inspired my life and has been my calling for a decade now.
After many years of Hatha Yoga I found that my body needed to explore new styles and new techings. I started to study different classes and I felt in love with Vinyasa.
Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.
A Vinyasa class is both a great place to start and to continue challenging yourself. If you like to focus on the power of breathing and flowing movement through poses, you will enjoy the Vinyasa style.
My style is accessible to everyone where the breath is the key to connecting positions.
I use to tailor the classes to my students and the practice depends upon their own state of body/mind, the time of day we practice, the season we practice, the moon phase, their own personal cycles, moods, energy levels, or health.
